Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with Storage

This solid wood bunk bed in a gray finish combines a twin-size upper bunk with a full-size lower bunk, making it suitable for siblings sharing a room or accommodating guests. Six integrated drawers and three adjustable shelves beside the staircase provide flexible storage for clothes, toys or books. The lower bed sits on wheels so it can be rolled away to create a play or study area underneath the top bunk.

Assembly and Staircase Access

Assembly is required and the unit arrives in three separate packages that may not be delivered together; clear instructions and tools are supplied by the manufacturer. A five-step staircase replaces a traditional ladder, giving safer and easier access to the upper bunk for children or adults. The wheeled lower bed adds manoeuvrability but must be positioned carefully to keep the staircase clear and stable during use.

Room Dimensions and Mattress Requirements

Check that your ceiling height allows the overall 65.7-inch frame with enough clearance above the top mattress for safe sitting. The footprint measures 79.5 inches wide by 79.5 inches deep, so verify floor space and door widths for the three delivery boxes. Mattresses are not included; you will need a twin mattress for the upper bunk and a full mattress for the lower bunk.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the bunk bed is stable after assembly?

Check that all five stair steps are firmly attached, the six drawers slide smoothly on their dual handles, the three shelves hold weight at each adjustable position, and the bottom bed rolls evenly on its wheels without wobble.

What components arrive in the three packages and what must I supply myself?

The three boxes contain all solid-wood frame parts, stair unit, six drawers with handles, three adjustable shelves, wheel set for the bottom bed, hardware and instructions; you must provide twin and full-size mattresses.

Which mattress sizes match the 79.5 x 79.5 inch footprint and 65.7 inch height?

The upper bunk fits a standard twin mattress and the lower bunk fits a standard full mattress; choose thicknesses that leave adequate guard-rail clearance below the 65.7 inch overall height.
