Twin Daybed with Trundle and Guardrails

This twin-size daybed includes a pull-out trundle and full fence guardrails, delivering two sleep surfaces in a compact footprint. It suits children's rooms, guest rooms or small flats where occasional extra sleeping space is needed. The grey pine-and-MDF frame arrives new and requires assembly. Mattress is not included.

Assembly and Common Issues

Clear instructions and tools are supplied, yet the unit ships in multiple heavy panels that two adults should manoeuvre together. Alignment of the trundle rollers and guardrail bolts is the step most often rushed, leading to uneven gaps or stiff drawer travel. Taking time to pre-sort hardware and check squareness at each stage prevents rework.

Capacity and Limits

The frame measures 79.5''L x 41.8''W x 28.3''H and supports a standard twin mattress on the main deck plus a second twin mattress on the trundle. It does not accommodate larger mattress sizes or box springs. Buyers needing a full or queen sleep surface, or a single fixed platform without a trundle, should consider a different frame.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the fence guardrails are securely installed after assembly?

After assembly, press firmly on each guardrail section; there should be no wobble or gap between the rail and the bed frame, and the central opening remains clear for entry.

Which items ship in the box and which must I purchase separately?

The box contains the solid wood and MDF daybed frame, roll-out trundle, fence guardrails, hardware and instructions; a twin mattress is not included and must be bought separately.

Which version should I choose for a room measuring 79.5 inches long by 41.8 inches wide?

This single grey model fits those exact overall dimensions of 79.5''L x 41.8''W x 28.3''H, so select this version if the space matches.
