What it is and who it is for

The Typehaven Gaming Mouse is an ambidextrous optical mouse weighing 80g with six programmable buttons. It targets gamers and multi-device users who want a single pointing device for PC and Mac. Tri-mode connectivity covers 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth and wired USB-C operation. A 400mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 36 hours of use with lighting off.

Connectivity upgrade and when it matters

This mouse replaces single-interface rodents that lock you to one host or cable. The jump is worth it when you switch daily between a desktop, a laptop and a tablet without re-pairing. Two Bluetooth channels plus a 2.4G dongle let you hop across three machines instantly. Wired mode unlocks a 1000Hz polling rate for competitive sessions where latency matters most.

Capacity headroom and limits

Six DPI steps from 800 to 8000 cover office work through high-sensitivity gaming. The PAW3104 sensor tracks reliably on most hard pads but may struggle on glass or high-gloss surfaces. Battery life drops to 20 hours with RGB enabled, so heavy lighting users will charge more often. Switches rated for 80 million clicks handle long-term rapid fire, yet the 15cm length may feel short for large-handed palm grippers.
