What It Is

The TYUOBOX Smart Ring is a Bluetooth button controller worn on the finger. It pairs with a phone or tablet to scroll short-form video feeds, trigger the camera shutter, pause playback and turn e-book pages. A compact charging case with a USB-C port stores the ring and tops up its battery between uses.

Who It Suits

The ring suits creators who film hands-free selfies or tripod shots and viewers who want to navigate TikTok without touching the screen. It also helps readers advance pages on supported e-book apps. Buyers who need Kindle or Facebook control should look elsewhere, as the supplier notes those platforms are not supported. Non-Android phones require AssistiveTouch enabled and iOS 14.8 or later.

Installation & Common Issues

Pairing is straightforward: open the case, enable Bluetooth on the device and select the D01 name with the default 0000 code. The ring weighs only 3.8 grams and stretches to fit most fingers. The most common issue is forgetting to turn on AssistiveTouch on iPhone or iPad before pairing, which prevents the buttons from registering. Charging uses the supplied USB-C cable.

Questions about this item

Which devices can I pair with the ring using its Bluetooth connection?

The ring pairs with iPhone, iPad, iPod models and Android smartphones and tablets. Non-Android phones require Assistive Touch enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Touch, and iOS must be version 14.8 or above.

What happens if I keep using my Kindle or Facebook app while wearing the ring?

The manufacturer notes that the ring does not work with Kindle or Facebook, so those apps will not respond to the ring's controls.

How can I confirm the ring is charged and connected after setup?

The charging case holds a 200+25mAh battery and charges via USB-C; once paired, the ring operates up to 10 metres (32 feet) away, letting you scroll TikTok, like, pause, take photos or turn e-book pages to verify operation.
