The Ubiquiti Bullet M2 HP is a self-contained 2.4 GHz radio that threads directly onto any antenna with a Type N female connector. It combines the radio and RF interface in a single weatherproof housing, removing the need for separate RF cables or an enclosure. The unit supports IEEE 802.11n operation and provides a 100 Mbit/s Ethernet port for backhaul. A built-in LED signal meter assists with antenna alignment during installation.

Point-to-Point and Point-to-MultiPoint Deployments

Installers building long-range wireless bridges or sector-based access points will appreciate the plug-and-go simplicity and up to 600 mW transmit power. The integrated design eliminates cable loss, connector weatherproofing steps and mechanical strain on a separate radio board. Sustained Outdoor Operation

The sealed enclosure is rated for continuous exposure to sun, rain and temperature extremes without an additional shelter. With no external RF cables to degrade, the link budget remains stable over months of service. The 100 Mbit/s Ethernet interface sets the maximum sustained throughput ceiling, so long-distance links will plateau at that rate regardless of RF conditions. The LED meter stays active during operation, allowing real-time monitoring of link health without a laptop.
