A managed Layer 3 switch with 24 10GbE RJ45 ports and two 25G SFP28 uplinks for high-density 10G connectivity
Model Enterprise XG 24
The Ubiquiti USW-EnterpriseXG-24 is a managed rackmount switch built for networks that need 10 GbE density across copper and fibre. Twenty-four RJ45 ports handle 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 GbE speeds while two SFP28 ports add 25G uplinks. Full Layer 3 routing, VLANs and ACLs make it suited for core or aggregation roles in business environments.
The unit mounts in a standard rack and powers from 100—240V AC or an optional 11.5V DC USP-RPS input for redundancy. Management runs in-band over Ethernet, so a reachable IP must be configured before remote access works. A known constraint: enabling 25 Gbps on one SFP28 port forces the second port to the same speed, preventing mixed-rate uplinks.
Non-blocking throughput reaches 290 Gbps with a 580 Gbps switching capacity and 431.52 Mpps forwarding rate, giving ample headroom for 24 active 10G connections plus dual 25G uplinks. The 100W internal supply covers the full port load without PoE budget concerns. Networks requiring PoE, more than two 25G uplinks or mixed 25G/10G uplink combinations will need a different platform.

Other versions of this model
The system status LED and the 24 Ethernet link/activity LEDs show power, connectivity and traffic on each 10 GbE RJ45 and 25G SFP28 port.
The switch includes an internal 100 W AC power supply for 100—240 V AC input and a USP-RPS DC input for 11.5 V DC backup; SFP28 modules for the two 25G uplink ports are not included.
The fixed layout provides 24 RJ45 ports at 1/2.5/5/10 GbE plus two 25G SFP28 ports; the SFP28 ports do not support mixed speed at 25 Gbps mode.
