The USW-Flex-XG is a desktop Layer 2 switch with four 10 GbE RJ45 ports and one GbE PoE+ RJ45 input. It delivers 41 Gbps non-blocking throughput and 82 Gbps switching capacity for high-density traffic. Management is handled through the UniFi Network Application.

RJ45 10 GbE cabling and PoE+ power limits

Each 10 GbE port requires Category 6a or better copper cable to reach full speed at distance. The single PoE+ input supplies the switch itself and follows 802.1X power negotiation on pins 1,2+/3,6- or 4,5+/7,8-. Total PoE budget depends on the upstream source.

Pre-install checks for power and mounting
