Clear 14-Vane Impeller for Motor Cooling

This 14mm bore impeller fits directly onto a motor shaft to replace a worn or damaged stock plastic fan. The clear 14-vane wheel moves air through the cooling system to protect the engine from overheating. It is sold as a single spare part for maintenance or repair work. The lightweight 19g construction adds minimal rotational mass.

Replaces Stock Plastic Fan to Prevent Damage

The wheel substitutes the original equipment fan blade when it cracks, warps or loses vanes. Swapping it restores intended airflow so the cooling system can dissipate heat effectively. The upgrade is worth it whenever the factory fan shows fatigue or after an overheat event. Continued use of a damaged blade risks further engine harm.

120mm Outer Diameter Fits Existing Shroud

The 120mm outer diameter matches the original housing so no shroud modification is needed. A 14mm inner bore and 17mm height align with the motor shaft and mounting boss. The clear plastic lets you inspect vane condition visually during routine checks. Ensure the shaft diameter matches 14mm before installation.

Questions about this item

Will the 14mm inner diameter fit my motor shaft?

The inner diameter is 14mm, which equals 0.6 inches. Match this to your motor shaft diameter before ordering.

How do I install the fan blade onto the shaft?

Press the blade onto the 14mm shaft until the hub seats fully at the 17mm height. The step often missed is verifying the blade sits square to avoid vibration.

When should I replace this plastic impeller?

Replace it if any of the 14 vanes crack, warp, or show heat discolouration. The clear material makes visual inspection straightforward.
