Questions about this item

How do I know the 20-piece pack of 45/64 x 43/64 x 9/32 springs fits my tool?

The listing confirms compatibility with specific Hitachi models including the CB75F band saw, CC14SF 14-inch chop saw, C12FA 12-inch mitre saw, G18SE2 7-inch disc grinder and M12V2 router.

What does the 45/64 x 43/64 x 9/32 dimension actually control on the machine?

Those figures are the spring's outer diameter, inner diameter and free length; they determine whether the carbon brush maintains correct pressure against the commutator inside the motor.

Are these springs a standard size that works across other brands?

They are listed as non-OEM replacements sized for the Hitachi models shown; cross-brand fit is not guaranteed by the supplier.
