4xAA Battery Holder Pack

Two black plastic holders each accept four 1.5 V AA cells and come with pre-attached wires for quick wiring. Spring-loaded contacts on both sides make battery insertion straightforward. Cells are not included.

2 A Current Limit

The supplier states that working current must stay below 2 A and peak power should not exceed 10 W or 15 W depending on the note. This ceiling decides whether the holder suits a given low-power circuit.

Light Loads Only

The pair comfortably runs small motors, sensor boards or LED strips that draw well under the 2 A limit. Projects needing sustained higher current or voltages above 6 V will exceed the holder's rating.

Questions about this item

What current can the holder supply continuously in a real device?

The holder is rated for a working current below 2A, so any connected load must stay under that limit.

What wiring interface does the case use and what does it restrict?

It has a simple two-wire lead; the spring contacts and thin wires cap safe operation at 2A and 10W to 15W.

What are the exact dimensions I need to clear for mounting?

The case measures 57mm long, 32mm wide and 29mm high (2.2 x 1.3 x 1.1 inches).
