100-piece strain-relief bush kit

This pack supplies one hundred nylon grommets that snap into a 14 mm panel hole to anchor flexible power cords. Each bush absorbs pull, push and twist forces so the cable cannot be yanked free from equipment chassis. The black finish suits consumer appliances, desktop computers and general electrical enclosures.

Replaces loose or missing cable glands

Install these bushes when an original grommet has cracked, fallen out or was never fitted during assembly. The jump is worth it whenever a power lead exits a sheet-metal or plastic case and needs a secure, strain-free exit point. No adhesive or tools are required beyond the standard mounting hole.

Handles cords up to the 14 mm cut-out

The 17 mm diameter head and 15 mm length give ample bearing surface for typical appliance flex while keeping a low profile inside the cabinet. At 195 g for the full box the kit covers multiple service calls or a small production run. Very thick or armoured cables that exceed the mounting hole diameter will not fit.

Questions about this item

What size mounting hole does the 14 mm strain relief bush need?

The bush fits a 14 mm or 0.55 inch diameter mounting hole in the chassis or panel.

How do I install the nylon grommet and which step is often missed?
