  • Light 18 g weight adds almost nothing to your kit

9V Battery Clip Connector 10-Pack

This pack supplies ten 9V battery clip connectors with 15.5 cm cables. They suit hobbyists, repair technicians and anyone building or fixing devices that use standard 9V batteries. The faux leather shell and black-red colour coding make polarity identification straightforward during assembly or troubleshooting.

Capacity and headroom

Each connector handles the typical current draw of common 9V-powered electronics such as multimeters, effects pedals or sensor modules. The 15.5 cm cable length gives enough reach for most enclosure layouts without excessive slack. Very high-current or continuous-duty applications may exceed the practical limits of the snap terminals and thin leads.

Bundled accessories impact

Ten connectors in one package let you equip multiple projects or keep spares on the bench for quick swaps. The consistent 2.7 x 1.8 x 0.6 cm footprint and 18 g total weight mean they store neatly in a parts organiser. No additional hardware, heat-shrink or tools are included, so soldering or crimping supplies are still required for secure termination.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.5 cm cables reach the terminals on my existing 9 V battery holder?

Each clip has a 15.5 cm lead, giving roughly 6.1 inches of wire to span the distance between the snap terminals and your circuit board or holder.

How can I confirm the clips are making good contact after I snap them on?

A firm click when the metal buckle engages the battery posts, plus steady voltage at the stripped wire ends, shows the connection is solid.

Does the pack include any heat-shrink or solder, or just the ten clips?

The box contains only the 10 black-and-red faux-leather clips with 15.5 cm cables; insulation, solder or terminals are not supplied.
