Questions about this item

Do I need a two-cell AA battery case to fit these 29 mm by 11 mm spring contacts?

Yes, the plates are sized for a standard two-slot AA holder; each contact measures 29 mm long, 11 mm wide and 0.3 mm thick.

Will the nickel-plated iron contacts work reliably with older AA cells I already own?

The nickel plating gives good conductivity and corrosion resistance, so they mate cleanly with any standard AA terminals you keep.

How can I confirm the 20-piece set is complete and functional after opening the pack?

Count 20 silver-tone plates weighing about 17 g total, then verify each makes firm spring contact in your AA battery case.
