AAA battery holder trio

This set contains three black plastic-and-metal cases, each designed to hold three 1.5 V AAA cells. The spring-loaded contacts allow quick insertion and removal. Intended for low-current devices such as small lights, phones, plush toys, electric toys and security products. Batteries are not supplied.

Check voltage and current limits

Each holder is rated for a maximum of 10 W and 2 A; do not connect it to loads that exceed these values. The thin internal wires will heat up if overloaded, so stop use immediately if they become hot. Only use good-quality cells and never modify or dismantle the case.

Replaces loose cells or damaged holders

The compact 52 x 22 mm footprint organises batteries that would otherwise sit loose in a drawer or device compartment. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original holder is cracked, contacts are corroded, or a project needs a tidy, spring-loaded solution for very small current loads.

What current limit should I observe when choosing which devices to power with these holders?

The holder measures 52 mm long and 22 mm in diameter, so check your torch's internal dimensions against those figures before buying.
