Gap-sealing brush strip for doors and windows

This 15-metre roll of ethylene propylene rubber brush weather stripping targets homeowners and DIYers who need to close gaps around doors and windows. The 5 mm by 8 mm profile suits card-slot channels on sliding doors, wooden doors, wardrobes and cabinets. Grey colour blends with common frame finishes while the pile surface blocks drafts, dust and noise.

Flexible rubber base with card-slot mounting

The ethylene propylene rubber backing stays pliable across seasons and resists deformation after repeated compression. Card-slot design lets the strip press into existing channels without adhesive, so installation is tool-free and repositionable. Dense, low-friction bristles reduce wear on moving sashes while maintaining a seal against wind, moisture and sound.

Replaces worn or missing pile seals in card-slot

Use this roll when original brush strips have flattened, torn or fallen out, restoring the barrier that stops air leakage and dust ingress. The 15-metre length covers multiple openings in a single purchase. Not suited for flat-surface mounting or kerf slots that require a finned or bulb profile.

The 5 mm wide brush fills gaps up to about 5 mm on doors and windows.

What groove size must the frame have for the card-slot strip?

How do you fit the strip without it pulling loose?

Press the backing firmly into the card slot along the full 15 m length; the common mistake is leaving sections unseated.
