C14 Panel-Mount Inlet, Pack of Five

This pack contains five IEC C14 panel-mount sockets rated for AC 250 V at 10 A. Each unit uses straight copper pins and measures 50 by 30 by 22 mm. They are intended for building or repairing power-entry points on equipment chassis.

Suits chassis-mount power entry, not cable ends

Installers who need a flange-mounted inlet with a 40 mm hole spacing and 3.5 mm mounting holes will find these parts compatible. Buyers looking for a cable-end connector or a different pin count should choose another product.

40 mm mounting-hole centre distance

The flange holes are spaced 40 mm apart with a 3.5 mm diameter, so the panel cut-out must match that pattern. Verify the spacing before drilling to ensure the inlet fits securely.

Questions about this item

What current does the C14 inlet handle at AC 250V?

The C14 inlet is rated for 10 A at AC 250 V, so it can carry up to 10 amps of continuous current at that voltage.

What panel cut-out and screw spacing does the 50×30×22 mm body need?

The module requires two mounting holes 3.5 mm in diameter spaced 40 mm apart, matching the 50×30 mm flange dimensions.

How do you wire the three straight pins and which mistake should be avoided?

Solder or crimp the live, neutral and earth wires to the three straight copper pins, taking care not to swap the earth connection with either power pin.
