Carbon Brush Dimensions

These carbon brushes measure 13.6 x 7.8 x 6.1 mm with a total length of 40 mm. They are designed to fit Dewalt 100 mm angle grinders and other compatible power tools. The pack contains 20 pieces weighing 29 g in total. Each brush is a non-OEM replacement part.

Capacity and Motor Performance

Worn brushes often cause intermittent motor operation or poor running. Replacing them restores consistent electrical contact to the commutator. The 20-piece set provides enough spares for multiple maintenance cycles. They suit electric hammers, drills, and angle grinders with matching dimensions.

Dimensional Compatibility Limits

Fit depends entirely on the brush holder size and spring tension of the specific tool. Brushes that are too long or too wide will not seat correctly. The 13.6 mm length, 7.8 mm width, and 6.1 mm height must match the original part exactly. Always verify dimensions before installation.
