Unique-Bargains Carbon Brush 6mm x 10mm x 16mm 8 Pcs

SKU CH-EWZ6-H1BPS

Eight 6 mm × 10 mm × 16 mm carbon motor brushes for restoring worn power-tool motors

  • Eight brushes keep multiple tools running
  • 6 mm × 10 mm × 15 mm carbon block fits CB-103 holders
  • Spring extends total length to 3.5 cm for solid contact
  • Carbon and metal construction resists wear under load
  • Replacing worn brushes restores motor performance

Direct motor maintenance

These Unique-Bargains carbon brushes serve as replacement parts for power tools such as electric hammers and drills. The eight-piece pack suits owners who need multiple spares for ongoing upkeep. They are non-OEM components sized to fit CB-103 applications. Buyers requiring original manufacturer parts should look elsewhere.

Carbon and metal construction

Each brush measures 15 by 10 by 6 millimetres with a total length of approximately 3.5 centimetres when the spring is extended. The black and gold tone parts weigh 20 grams per set. Correct dimensions ensure proper contact inside the motor housing. Tools with different brush sizes will not accept these pieces.

Ready-to-install eight pack

The package delivers eight motor carbon brushes without additional hardware or instructions. Immediate fitting is possible once the old brushes are removed. No software or calibration is involved. Users without basic disassembly skills may prefer professional service.

Questions about this item

What size carbon brushes fit the CB-103 reference?

These measure 15 x 10 x 6 mm and stretch to 3.5 cm total length with the spring extended

Will the 16 mm dimension clear my tool's brush holder?

The brush block is 15 mm long, 10 mm wide and 6 mm thick; the 16 mm figure in the title is a reference code, not a physical measurement

How do I install the brushes without damaging the spring?

Compress the spring gently, seat the 6 mm thick carbon face against the commutator, then release so the spring holds it square — do not bend the spring sideways
