Carbon Brushes 13x8x5mm for Power Tools

This set provides ten replacement carbon brushes measuring 13mm x 8mm x 5mm. They are designed to restore motor function in electric power tools and motors. The pack includes ten pieces weighing 16g total.

Spring Length 20mm Determines Fit

The critical specification is the spring length of approximately 20mm. This dimension must match the original brush holder depth in your tool. An incorrect spring length prevents proper contact and motor operation.

Fits 13mm Brush Holders Across Tools

These brushes install into holders accepting the 13mm x 8mm x 5mm form factor. They replace worn brushes in circular saws, drills, angle grinders and similar motors. They do not suit tools requiring a different brush cross-section or spring length.

Questions about this item

Will 13 x 8 x 5 mm brushes reach the commutator once installed?

The brushes measure 13 mm long, 8 mm wide and 5 mm high with a 20 mm spring, so they will reach if your holder accepts those exact dimensions.

Are these brushes limited by a specific motor standard or interface?

They are simple carbon blocks with springs and have no electrical interface; compatibility depends only on physical size and spring pressure.

What holder clearance is needed for the 13 x 8 x 5 mm body and 20 mm spring?

Allow at least 13 mm length, 8 mm width, 5 mm height for the brush plus room for the 20 mm spring to extend inside the motor housing.
