6V Battery Holder with Switch

This pack contains six black and red plastic cases that each hold two CR2032 coin cells and connect them in series to deliver 6 volts. A built-in slide switch lets you cut power without removing the batteries, and a lockable lid keeps the cells secure during handling.

Hobbyists and Repair Jobs

The holder suits anyone building a small 6 V supply for remotes, sensors, LED strips or test rigs where a quick on-off control is handy. It is not for people who need a higher voltage, a different cell format or a permanent soldered connection.

14 cm Lead Length

Each unit ships with a 14 cm two-wire cable already attached to the case, so the reach from the holder to your circuit is fixed at that distance. Measure your layout before ordering to confirm the cable will span the required gap.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the holder is delivering the correct 6 V output after I connect two CR2032 cells and flip the switch?

Insert two CR2032 cells, slide the ON/OFF switch to ON, then measure across the cable leads with a multimeter set to DC volts; a reading near 6 V shows the circuit is working.

What does the package contain and what must I supply myself?

The box includes six black-and-red plastic battery cases each with a 14 cm cable and built-in switch; you need to provide two CR2032 button cells per case.

Should I choose a different version if my project needs a longer lead or a higher voltage?

This model is fixed at 14 cm cable length and 6 V from two CR2032 cells; no other lengths or voltages are offered in this listing.
