Battery holder for CR2032 CR2025 CR2016

This horizontal PCB-mount holder accepts a single CR2032, CR2025 or CR2016 coin cell and provides a 3 V output. The black plastic and metal housing measures 28.8 x 22.5 x 6.1 mm and weighs 7 g. Two holders are supplied in the pack. Battery is not included.

Pack contains two identical holders

The bundle simply doubles the quantity so you can equip two separate boards or keep a spare. No cables, screws, adhesives or software are supplied. Each holder is ready to solder onto a PCB without additional parts.

Solder directly to a PCB

The through-hole pins are spaced for standard horizontal mounting on a printed circuit board. Ensure the board layout matches the 28.8 x 22.5 mm footprint and 6.1 mm height before soldering. Misaligned pads or excessive heat can damage the plastic body.

Not for vertical mounting or larger cells

Builders who need a vertical orientation or holders for larger coin-cell sizes will need a different part. The fixed horizontal geometry also prevents use in enclosures that require a lower profile than 6.1 mm.
