Right-angle M20 cable gland seals 9 mm to 14 mm wires with IP68 waterproof rating, includes locknut and washer, two pieces
This pack contains two M20 cable glands made from nylon with rubber seals. They accept cables from 9 mm to 14 mm in diameter and carry an IP68 waterproof rating. The 90-degree elbow design routes cables at a right angle for tight enclosures. Each gland includes a locknut and washer for a complete seal.
These glands replace open knock-outs or basic bushings that let moisture and dust reach live terminals. The jump is worth it when an enclosure must stay sealed in wet, dusty or chemically exposed environments. Static temperature range spans -40 °C to +100 °C, while dynamic use covers -20 °C to +80 °C.
Installation requires threading the 20 mm by 1.5 pitch body into a matching hole and tightening the supplied locknut. The 15 mm thread length suits standard panel thicknesses. Overtightening the compression nut can deform the seal, and omitting the washer leaves a leak path at the panel face.
Measured against everything we stock in Wire Connectors & Cable Ties, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The gland’s overall footprint is 66 mm long by 55 mm wide, so allow at least that much space plus the 15 mm thread length behind the panel.
Slide the locknut onto the cable first, then the gland body, tighten the gland into the 20 mm threaded hole, and finally secure the locknut against the enclosure wall.
The material is rated for -40 °C to +100 °C in static use; sustained exposure above 100 °C will degrade the nylon and the seal should be replaced.
