100 A Copper Wire Cap Connectors

These open-end crimp terminal lugs are rated for 100 A and accept conductors from 10 to 25 mm² or AWG 8 to 4. They are made from pure red copper for high conductivity. The pack contains five pieces for multiple connection points.

Who These Suit and Who They Do Not

Installers terminating battery cables or heavy-gauge power leads in automotive, marine, industrial or railway equipment will find the 8.2 mm ring bore and 1.5 mm wall thickness a direct fit. Buyers needing insulated sleeves, smaller wire gauges or a different stud size should look elsewhere.

8.2 mm Ring Internal Diameter

The 8.2 mm ring bore determines which bolt or stud the lug fits; verify the mounting hardware matches this dimension before purchase. The 38 mm by 17 mm by 11 mm body and 1.5 mm thickness complete the mechanical profile.
