Aluminium Heatsinks for Chips and Modules
These silver aluminium heatsinks measure 40 x 40 x 20 mm each and come in a pack of four. They are designed to cool MOS, GPU and IC chips as well as stepper motor driver modules that lack factory cooling. The parallel line notch design increases surface area for better heat transfer.
Adhesive Required for Installation
No thermal tape or adhesive is included so you must supply your own glue or thermal pads. The flat base makes contact with the component and the lightweight alloy adds minimal stress to the PCB. Each unit fits within a 40 mm square footprint, leaving surrounding board space free.
