Aluminium shaft support for 25 mm linear rails

This aluminium support clamps a 25 mm diameter shaft using two 7 mm mounting holes spaced 56 mm apart. The body measures 70 x 42 x 25 mm and weighs 80 g. It is intended for builders of precision linear motion systems such as coordinate measuring equipment or special-purpose machinery.

Suits engineers needing a single

The part provides one fixed mounting point for a 25 mm round rail. It does not suit applications that require multiple supports, adjustable positioning or a different shaft diameter. Buyers who need a complete rail assembly or alternative mounting patterns should look at other components.

25 mm shaft diameter determines compatibility

The clamp is machined specifically for a 25 mm shaft; any other diameter will not fit securely. Verify that your linear rail uses this exact shaft size before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What shaft diameter does the SHF25 support clamp?

The SHF25 clamps a 25 mm diameter shaft, matching the 0.98 inch specification for linear rail applications.

What are the mounting hole spacing and diameter for the SHF25?

Two 7 mm mounting holes are spaced 56 mm apart centre-to-centre, fitting M6 or 1/4 inch bolts on the 70 x 42 mm base.

How do you align the SHF25 on the rail before tightening?

Slide the support onto the 25 mm shaft, position the 70 x 42 mm base using the 56 mm hole centres, then tighten both mounting bolts evenly to prevent binding.
