Two T-shape wire connector cables with male and female ends, 15 cm long in black and red

  • Product typeHI - Wire & Cable Connectors & Insulation
  • 15 cm cable keeps wiring tidy in tight gearbox spaces
  • T-shape male and female pair enables quick, secure connections
  • Low-resistance contacts reduce voltage drop under load
  • Black and red colour coding prevents polarity mistakes
  • 28 g lightweight set adds minimal mass to RC or AEG builds

Purpose and Fit

Two T-shape wire connectors join a male and female pair in a 15 cm cable. They suit low-resistance links for RC gearboxes, AEG wiring or neon glow strips where a quick-disconnect plug is preferred.

Upgrade Path

The set replaces soldered or crimped joints that loosen under vibration. The jump is worth it when a build needs repeatable disassembly for maintenance or when the original connector has melted from high current.

Sustained Behaviour

Under continuous load the plastic housing and metal contacts maintain a stable connection without the resistance rise seen in worn crimp terminals. The 28 g pair adds negligible mass to a moving chassis.

Questions about this item

What cable length and connector type does each T-shape wire connector have?

Each connector measures 15 cm and provides a 2-pin male plus female T-shape interface.

How do you install the male and female ends, and what mistake should be avoided?

Push the male pins into the female sockets until they click; forcing them at an angle bends the pins and breaks the lock.

When should the plastic housing or metal contacts be replaced?

Replace a unit if the plastic housing cracks or the metal contacts show corrosion, since each connector weighs 28 g and is not serviceable.
