Direct-fit replacement for Range Rover 2002–2012

This pair of gas struts matches OE number BHE760020 for Land Rover Range Rover models from 2002 to 2012. Each unit extends to 53 cm and compresses to 25.1 cm with an 11 x 6 mm mounting hole. The carbon-steel body and 8 mm rod provide the lift force needed for the tailgate boot.

Bolt-on installation with basic hand tools

No special equipment is required; the struts attach directly to the existing mounting points on the vehicle. The 18 mm housing diameter and 27.9 cm rod length align with the factory geometry, freeing the installer from drilling or bracket fabrication. A leak-proof piston seal and corrosion-resistant rod finish maintain consistent operation over time.

Two struts deliver balanced lift for the boot lid

The paired design restores even support so the tailgate opens smoothly and stays open without manual effort. Extended length of 20.87 inches and compressed length of 9.88 inches define the travel range; the 0.43 x 0.24 inch hole size fixes the mounting pattern. Buyers needing a different stroke length or mounting pattern for another vehicle cannot use this kit.
