Replacement washer nozzles for VW models

This kit supplies two plastic spray nozzles, a two-metre hose and three connectors that match the OE numbers 6E0955985B, 6E0955985A and 6E0-955-985-A. It fits Volkswagen Golf 1999-2006, Jetta 1999-2008, Passat 1998-2007, Beetle 1998-2002 and 2004-2007, GTI 2006-2007, Rabbit 2006 and Touareg 2004-2006. Buyers who need a different OE reference or a vehicle outside this list cannot use this kit.

OE number match decides fitment

The single specification that determines compatibility is the OE number printed on the original nozzle; only 6E0955985B, 6E0955985A or 6E0-955-985-A are covered. Nozzle hole inner diameter is 3 mm and outer diameter is 5 mm, hose inner diameter is 5 mm and outer diameter is 7 mm, and the Y, T and I connectors measure 36 mm, 35x22 mm and 29x3 mm respectively.

Plastic construction holds under daily use

The nozzles, hose and connectors are moulded from plastic and rubber, materials chosen for resistance to washer fluid and temperature cycling. The kit is designed for quick installation and continued spray performance over repeated cycles rather than a single burst of use.

Questions about this item

How does the 68 mm nozzle length affect spray coverage on a Golf 1999-2006?

The 68 mm nozzles direct fluid at the factory angle, restoring the original spray pattern so the windscreen clears quickly and wiper blades last longer.

What does the 5 mm inner hose diameter mean for flow rate?

The 5 mm bore matches the OE washer pump output, delivering full pressure without restriction or leaks at the Y, T and I connectors.

Will the 68x20x19 mm nozzles fit the original hood mounting points?

Yes — the 68 mm length, 20 mm width and 19 mm height match the OE footprint, so the two nozzles bolt straight into the existing holes on listed Volkswagen models.
