Product Identity

United Pacific Industries 22 LED 5" x 7" Rectangular Light 36450 is an automotive specialty headlight built with 22 high-power LEDs. It delivers 4000 lumens on high beam and 2000 lumens on low beam plus a 100-lumen position light. The unit operates on 12VDC to 24VDC systems and carries an IP67 weatherproof rating. Ultra-slim 2.8-inch depth housing helps fit tight mounting spaces. Rugged anti-vibration construction suits rough terrain use.

Upgrade Path

This light replaces sealed-beam or halogen 5" x 7" rectangular lamps with a direct plug into the existing wiring harness for the main beams. The position light function requires additional wiring to activate. The jump is worth it when brighter output, longer LED service life and sealed IP67 protection matter more than the original equipment. Off-road designation means it is not a legal on-road substitute in regulated jurisdictions.

Fitment Guidance

Suits off-road trucks, utility vehicles and custom builds that accept a 5" x 7" rectangular housing and run 12 V or 24 V electrical systems. Builders who need a street-legal headlight with DOT or ECE approval should look elsewhere. Installers without access to extra wiring for the position light circuit cannot use that feature. Vehicles requiring round or differently sized lamp openings cannot accommodate this rectangular form factor.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 5" x 7" rectangular light housing?

The housing measures 9.2 inches by 5.9 inches by 2.8 inches and weighs 1.79 lbs, fitting standard OEM housings or fender mounts.

How do I wire the position light function on this LED headlight?

The main beam plugs into the existing wiring harness, but the 12 white LED position light requires a separate additional wire connection to function.

How do I replace the LEDs if they fail on this sealed unit?

The IP67 rated housing is a sealed assembly; individual LEDs are not serviceable, so the entire light unit would need replacement.
