Spring-Loaded Light Bar for Industrial Vehicles

The United Pacific Industries 61731 is a spring-loaded rear light bar designed for industrial vehicle exteriors. It mounts on a 2-1/2 inch bolt pattern and carries six 4-inch LED lamps with seven diodes each. Red LEDs shine through clear lenses and integrated visors direct the output. The assembly is built for demanding work environments where vibration and impact are routine.

Replaces Fixed Brackets When Flex Is Needed

This bar replaces rigid mounts that can shear under heavy shock loads. The spring-loaded mechanism absorbs movement so the lamps stay aligned and the housing survives rough terrain. The upgrade is worth it when equipment operates off-road, on uneven job sites or in applications where frame flex would damage a solid bracket. It is not for vehicles that require a stationary, non-moving lamp mount.

Questions about this item

What bolt pattern does the 61731 light bar use for mounting?

The bar mounts on a 2-1/2" bolt pattern, so the mounting surface must match that spacing exactly.

How do the spring-loaded brackets work during installation?

Compress the stainless spring brackets against the mounting surface, align the 2-1/2" holes, then release so tension holds the bar — do not overtighten the bolts or the spring cannot absorb vibration.
