Purpose & Audience

The United Visual Products UVNSF1117 is an 11 x 17 in poster frame with an aluminium frame and an acrylic window. It provides a black surface-mount display for prints, notices or artwork in homes, offices or retail spaces.

Fit & Alternatives

The frame suits anyone needing a single rigid display at the 11 x 17 in size. Buyers who want multiple openings, a different finish or a larger format should look at other options.

Durability & Mounting

The acrylic window resists shattering better than glass while keeping the image clear. Surface mounting keeps the unit flat against the wall for a stable, long-term installation.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware do I need to surface-mount this 11 x 17 in frame?

The frame is designed for surface mounting; you will need wall anchors and screws suited to your wall type, which are not included with the frame.

Can I place this acrylic-front frame on the same wall as older wooden frames without a style clash?

Its black aluminium border and clear acrylic window give a neutral, modern look that generally blends with older wood finishes when grouped in a gallery layout.

How can I confirm the acrylic window is seated correctly after I hang the 11 x 17 in frame?

View the frame straight on — the acrylic should sit flush in the aluminium channel with no visible gaps or bowing, and reflections should be even across the surface.
