Direct replacement for Audiovox 6010D00606 FPE5016P

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original Audiovox 6010D00606 and FPE5016P models. It replicates every button and function of the supplied remote. The unit arrives with the original functions pre-installed. Simply insert AAA batteries and it is ready to use.

Infrared control limited to one device

The remote uses infrared wireless technology, requiring a clear line of sight to the controlled component. It supports only a single device, so it cannot consolidate multiple home-theatre units. Range and reliability depend on the emitter and receiver alignment. Obstructions will interrupt the signal.

Replaces a lost or damaged original remote

This product replaces a lost or broken Audiovox 6010D00606 or FPE5016P remote without needing programming. The jump is worth it when the original handset is unavailable or non-functional. It is not for buyers who want multi-device control or RF and Bluetooth operation. The 12-month guarantee covers the replacement period.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 6010D00606 or the FPE5016P version?

Both model numbers refer to the same Audiovox remote; the listing covers either code, so order the one that matches the label on your original handset.

What does the single-device support mean when I try to use it?

The remote is programmed for one Audiovox unit only; it will not switch between a TV, a soundbar and a streaming box.

How does the infrared link limit where I can point the remote?

Infrared requires a clear line of sight to the device’s sensor, so obstacles or extreme angles will stop the commands from reaching the equipment.
