Direct replacement for Audiovox AVD400

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original Audiovox AVD400, 136B3683 and AVD400A models. It replicates every button and function of the factory remote. The unit arrives with all codes pre-installed so it works immediately after inserting batteries. It is designed for owners who need a like-for-like substitute without programming steps.

Single-device infrared control

The remote operates one device using infrared transmission. It covers the full button layout of the original AVD400 remote for complete menu navigation and playback control. Users requiring command of multiple components from one handset will find this model unsuitable. There is no support for radio-frequency or smart-home integration.

Battery-powered ready-to-use operation

Two AAA batteries power the handset for typical living-room use. Infrared output requires direct line of sight to the front panel of the target device. No external power supply, charging dock or firmware updates are involved. The simple battery compartment keeps maintenance straightforward for non-technical users.
