Direct replacement remote

The B&K PT3 12772 universal remote is a direct replacement for the original B&K PT3 12772 remote control. It replicates every button and function of the original unit. The device arrives with the original functions pre-installed and requires only AAA batteries to operate. It uses infrared wireless technology to communicate with the component.

Single-device infrared control

This remote suits owners of a B&K PT3 12772 component who need a like-for-like replacement handset. It supports control of one device only, so buyers who want to consolidate multiple audio-video units onto a single remote should look at a multi-device universal model instead. The infrared link also requires direct line of sight to the equipment.

Pre-programmed function set

The deciding specification is that the remote ships with the original B&K PT3 12772 function set already installed. No programming or code entry is required; inserting the batteries makes it ready to use immediately. This ensures every original button is replicated without any setup effort from the user.
