Direct replacement for Haier remotes

This universal remote replaces the original Haier HLC19KW1A, HLC24XLPW2, HLC19K2 and HLC22K2 handsets. It reproduces every button function of the supplied remotes. The unit arrives pre-programmed so it works immediately after batteries are inserted. It is intended for owners of those specific Haier models who need a like-for-like substitute.

Single-device infrared control

The remote operates one device at a time using infrared transmission. It covers the full command set of the original Haier remotes without adding extra device profiles. Users who need to control multiple pieces of equipment will find the single-device limit restrictive. There is no provision for learning codes from other remotes.

AAA battery power and ready-to-use layout

Two AAA batteries power the handset and are the only setup required. The button layout mirrors the original Haier design, preserving familiar placement for daily operation. Infrared operation requires line-of-sight to the TV sensor. The plastic construction matches the feel of the supplied remote.

Questions about this item

Will this remote control work with my older Haier TV that uses the HLC19KW1A or HLC24XLPW2 model?

Yes, it is a direct replacement for the original HAIER HLC19KW1A and HLC24XLPW2 remote controls and replicates every button function.

How can I verify the remote is working correctly once I put in the batteries?

Point the infrared emitter at the TV and press the power button; the TV should respond immediately because the unit arrives pre-programmed with all original functions.

Does the package include the required AAA batteries or do I need to buy them separately?

AAA batteries are required but are not included, so they must be purchased separately before use.
