Direct replacement for YAMAHA home cinema

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original YAMAHA RAV204V473190EU HOME CINEMA RAV12-V499940 RAV22 unit. It replicates every button and function of the factory remote. The device arrives pre-programmed so it works immediately after inserting batteries. It is designed for owners who have lost or damaged their original controller.

Check your model number and battery supply

Verify that your YAMAHA home cinema system uses the exact RAV204V473190EU or RAV22 remote codes before ordering. The remote operates via infrared and requires a clear line of sight to the equipment. You must supply two AAA batteries as they are not included in the package. This unit controls only one device at a time.

Infrared operation with minimal power draw

Infrared transmission consumes very little energy so the AAA batteries last for months of typical use. The remote produces no audible noise because it has no moving parts or cooling fans. It does not generate noticeable heat during normal operation. The lightweight handset remains comfortable during extended viewing sessions.
