Universal RCA J26L637 MASTER J26H700 MASTER universal remote

Direct Replacement for RCA J26L637 MASTER

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original RCA J26L637 MASTER and J26H700 MASTER remote controls. It replicates every button and function of the original unit. The remote arrives with all functions pre-installed and is ready to use immediately after inserting batteries. It is designed for owners of these specific RCA models seeking a like-for-like substitute.

Single-Device Infrared Control with AAA Power

The remote supports control of one device using infrared wireless technology. It is powered by AAA batteries, which must be supplied by the user. This setup suits a straightforward single-device environment such as a television or set-top box. It does not accommodate multiple devices, radio-frequency or Bluetooth control, or rechargeable battery packs.

Infrared Line-of-Sight Operation

Operation relies on standard infrared transmission, which requires a clear line of sight between the remote and the target device. Range and reliability are limited by physical obstructions, ambient light interference and the angle of use. The remote cannot control equipment located inside closed cabinets, behind walls or beyond the typical infrared effective distance.
