Direct replacement for Haier AC units

This universal remote replaces the original Haier CPR07XC9, CPR07XC9LW, CPRB07XC7 and AC562054 handsets. It supports a single device and arrives with every button function pre-programmed. Insert two AAA batteries and the unit is ready for immediate use. No pairing or setup steps are required.

Infrared control with fixed button layout

The remote communicates by infrared and mirrors the full button set of the factory controller. Each press transmits the same code as the original, so menus, modes and timers respond identically. There is no learning mode or macro capability; the command map is static. Operation remains consistent for the life of the batteries.

Battery-powered with no standby drain

Two AAA cells power the transmitter and there is no backlight or active display to consume energy between presses. Infrared output ceases instantly when a button is released, eliminating parasitic draw. The lightweight handset has no moving parts or fans, so it runs silently. A 12-month guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Questions about this item

Does the infrared remote draw noticeable power if I leave it on the coffee table all day?

It only transmits when you press a button, so standby draw is negligible and the two AAA cells last months.

What must I supply before the Haier CPR07XC9 replacement works out of the box?

Two AAA batteries are required; the unit arrives pre-programmed for the listed Haier models.

Will this remote still control my older Haier AC562054 unit alongside newer Haier models?

Yes, the pre-loaded codes cover CPR07XC9, CPR07XC9LW, CPRB07XC7 and AC562054 simultaneously.
