Direct replacement for Venturer PDV28420C

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original Venturer PDV28420C unit. It replicates every button and function found on the factory remote. The device supports control of one piece of equipment using infrared wireless technology. It arrives pre-programmed and ready for immediate use.

Consistent infrared performance under daily use

The remote operates via standard infrared transmission, requiring line-of-sight to the player's sensor. Performance remains stable during extended viewing sessions because the signal method does not suffer from interference or pairing drops. Button presses register reliably as long as the path between the handset and the device is clear. Two AAA batteries power the unit for typical household usage.

Simple battery installation

Setup consists of inserting two AAA batteries into the compartment; no code entry or learning procedure is needed. The main point of failure is depleted or incorrectly oriented cells, which cause unresponsive buttons. Physical damage from drops can also crack the circuit board or dislodge the infrared emitter. Keeping the lens clean ensures reliable signal transmission.
