Universal Remote for Yamaha VG808600 RX530

Direct Replacement Remote

This universal remote is a direct replacement for the original Yamaha VG808600 and RX530 remote control. It supports control of one device and uses infrared wireless technology. The unit arrives with all original functions pre-installed and is ready to use once AAA batteries are inserted. It is sold new with a 12 month guarantee.

Suits Owners Needing a Spare

This remote suits owners of the Yamaha VG808600 or RX530 who need a like-for-like replacement or a spare handset. It replicates every button from the original remote without requiring any programming. Buyers who want to control multiple pieces of equipment from a single handset should look at a multi-device universal remote instead.

Check Your Model and Batteries

Before ordering, confirm that your Yamaha component uses the VG808600 or RX530 remote code set. The remote communicates solely by infrared, so ensure the device’s IR sensor is unobstructed. You will need to supply two AAA batteries as they are not included in the package.
