Direct replacement for AVR7550HD

This infrared remote is a direct replacement for the original HARMAN KARDON AVR7550HD MAIN, CARTAVR7550HDU controller. It replicates every button and function of the factory unit. The remote arrives with all functions pre-installed and operates immediately after inserting batteries. It supports control of one device.

Owners needing a like-for-like substitute

This unit suits owners who want an exact functional duplicate of their lost or broken original remote without programming steps. It is not for users who need to consolidate control of multiple audio or video components into a single handset. Buyers seeking advanced macros, backlit keys, or app-based setup should look at a different class of controller.

Pre-programmed infrared command set

The deciding specification is the pre-loaded command set matched to the AVR7550HD receiver. No learning or code entry is required; the infrared signals for every original button are already stored in the handset. Compatibility is limited to that single supported device.
