Direct replacement for Insignia models

This universal remote replaces the original Insignia NSRC08A11, NS42E859A11 and NS32E859A11 handsets. It replicates every button and function of the factory remote. The unit arrives pre-programmed so it works immediately after inserting batteries. No setup or code entry is required.

Suits owners of listed Insignia sets only

Buyers with an Insignia NSRC08A11, NS42E859A11 or NS32E859A11 television get a like-for-like replacement. Households needing to control multiple devices from one handset should look elsewhere because this remote supports only a single device. Users who prefer Bluetooth or Wi-Fi control will not find those features here.

Consistent infrared response over time

The remote uses infrared transmission which maintains reliable operation during extended viewing sessions. Performance does not degrade as batteries discharge under normal use. There are no moving parts or backlights that wear out with heavy daily pressing. Simple battery changes restore full function instantly.
