Direct Replacement Remote

This infrared universal remote is a direct replacement for White Westinghouse models DWM50F3G1, DWM55F1A1, DWM55F1G1 and DWM55F1Y1. It supports control of one device and replicates every button function of the original handset. The unit arrives pre-programmed and ready to use once batteries are inserted.

Check Battery Requirements

Verify that your original remote used AAA batteries before ordering. Ensure the battery compartment on your existing device is not damaged or corroded. Confirm the model number printed on your current remote or in the TV manual matches one of the four listed codes exactly. Infrared operation requires clear line of sight to the television sensor.

Simple Drop-In Operation

Insert two AAA batteries and the remote works immediately without any pairing or setup steps. It frees you from navigating on-screen menus with panel buttons when the original handset is lost or broken. The infrared signal controls power, volume, channels and menu functions exactly as the factory remote did. Buyers who need to operate multiple devices from one handset should look elsewhere.
