Personalised massage modes

The cordless neck massager pillow offers three distinct programmes: gentle relaxation for light relief, percussion to ease muscle fatigue and a combination mode for targeted tension release. Memory foam contours to the neck and shoulders while the built-in airbag provides cervical traction through vertical lift and horizontal expansion, helping decompress vertebrae and improve posture during each session.

Heat settings and safety

Three adjustable heating levels deliver gentle warmth at 95°F, balanced heat at 110°F and deep-penetrating warmth at 122°F to relax tight muscles and improve flexibility. A 15-minute auto-shutoff stops the cycle automatically for safe, energy-saving use. The unit runs on an embedded battery rated at 5 watt-hours, so no mains connection is required during operation.

Battery-powered convenience

The embedded battery makes the pillow fully portable for use at a desk, on a sofa or while travelling without searching for a power outlet. Grey memory foam measures 28 by 28 by 25 inches, providing a large contact area for the neck and shoulders. Manufacturer notes 24-hour support for any usage questions, though no additional accessories or companion software are included.

Questions about this item

How do I start the first session and what step do people skip?

Charge the built-in battery fully, position the memory-foam pillow around your neck, press the power button to choose a massage mode and a heat level, then relax; the step most users skip is the full initial charge.

What part will need replacement after extended use?

The internal rechargeable battery will eventually hold less charge and require replacement; the memory-foam cover can be spot-cleaned but is not removable.

What stops the device first during a long treatment?

The 15-minute auto-shutoff timer ends every session, so continuous use beyond that requires restarting the unit.
