URMONA Under Sink Mat 31'' x 22''

This silicone mat protects cabinet floors from leaks, spills and scratches. Its dark grey finish suits kitchen and bathroom installations. The flexible material folds easily to fit around plumbing pipes. Homeowners and renters use it to keep storage areas dry and clean.

Thermals noise and power

The mat is a passive silicone liner with no electrical components, fans or moving parts. It generates no heat, produces no noise and draws no power during use. The waterproof, oil-resistant surface simply contains liquid until it is wiped away.

What this replaces and when to upgrade

It replaces loose shelf liners, towels or nothing at all under the sink. The raised 0.7-inch lip holds up to two gallons of liquid, so it is worth fitting when pipes drip or cleaning products leak. Buyers who need a smaller footprint or a different colour should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 31'' x 22'' mat around my existing pipes?

Measure your pipe locations first, then place the flexible silicone sheet flat on the cabinet floor; the 0.7-inch lip contains spills and the material bends around obstacles without curling.

What cleaning or replacement will this mat need over time?

Remove the mat and rinse or wipe it with mild soap; the durable silicone resists warping and does not degrade, so no scheduled replacement is required.

How much liquid can the mat hold before it overflows during a sustained leak?

The 0.7-inch high edge holds up to 2 gallons of water, giving you time to catch a plumbing leak before it reaches the cabinet floor.
