Urth 55mm ND16 (4 Stop) Lens Filter Plus+

55mm ND16 filter for controlled exposure

The Urth ND16 Plus+ is a 55mm neutral density filter that reduces incoming light by four stops to 6.25% transmission. It enables motion blur and shallow depth of field in bright conditions without overexposure. German SCHOTT glass with 20 nano-coating layers ensures high light transmission and consistent colour accuracy. A magnalium frame provides durability while the ultra-slim rim prevents vignetting on wide-angle lenses.

20-layer nano-coating and ultra-slim rim

The 20-layer nano-coating repels water, oil and scratches for easier cleaning and sustained optical performance. It also delivers a more consistent transmission curve for truer light reduction across the frame. The ultra-slim rim design eliminates vignetting even at wider focal lengths. Together these features maintain image clarity while protecting the front element during regular outdoor use.

Suited for landscape and video in bright light

This filter suits photographers and videographers who need to hold wider apertures or slower shutter speeds in strong light. It is not for shooters requiring variable density adjustment or those using lenses with a different thread diameter. Buyers who want more than four stops of reduction should look at higher-density options.
