  • Heavy-duty galvanized finish resists corrosion for long outdoor life

  • 1/4 inch size matches standard wire rope diameters for secure loops
  • Protects rope eyes from wear and deformation under load
  • California Proposition 65 notice included for regulatory awareness

Purpose and Audience

US Cargo Control heavy-duty galvanized wire rope thimbles protect the eye of a rope from wear and deformation during lifting or pulling tasks. The 25-piece pack suits rigging crews, marine operators and industrial maintenance teams that need multiple identical fittings for repeated assemblies.

Working-Load Limits

Each thimble is sized for 1/4-inch rope and the galvanized coating resists corrosion in outdoor or damp environments. The fitting itself does not set the system capacity; the rope, splices and attachment hardware determine the safe working load for any given lift.

Proposition 65 Notice

California Proposition 65 requires disclosure that this product contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer. Buyers who need documentation free of such substances should verify alternative materials before specifying these thimbles for regulated projects.
