US Tape 56907 12 ft Tape Measure

The US Tape 56907 is a 12 ft tape measure with a 3/4 in wide yellow blade designed for general measuring tasks. It suits tradespeople, DIY enthusiasts and anyone needing a compact SAE/Engineers rule for quick length checks. The closed chrome-finished case protects the blade from rust and corrosion during storage or transport.

Easy lock toggle and automatic rewind

A lock toggle holds the blade at the desired extension for accurate readings. The automatic rewind mechanism retracts the tape smoothly, preventing tangles and overstretching that can damage the blade. No special tools or setup are required; simply pull, lock and release. Dirt or debris in the case can occasionally slow the rewind action.

Check blade width and graduation style

Verify that a 3/4 in blade width fits your grip preference and that 1/16 in SAE/Engineers graduations match the measurement system you use. The closed case design adds bulk compared with open-frame models, so confirm it suits your tool belt or pocket. The chrome finish resists rust but may show scratches with heavy use.
