Professional Receive-Only Headset

This listen-only earpiece connects to any device with a 3.5 mm audio jack using a standard 1-pin plug. It is built for security, police, law enforcement and other professionals who need clear incoming audio in noisy environments. The C-shape hook fits either ear for extended comfort during long shifts.

Lightweight Wearability

Weighing only 39 grams, the headset adds negligible mass and produces no active noise or heat of its own. A short, durable PU cord resists tangling inside clothing while the electroplated jack prevents oxidation-related contact issues. Passive operation means zero power draw from the connected radio or speaker microphone.

Receive-Only 3.5 mm Compatibility

This unit receives audio only and has no microphone or push-to-talk function. Buyers who need two-way transmission or a different jack size must choose another product. Verify that your radio, speaker mic or MP3 player provides a 3.5 mm earphone output before ordering.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 3.5 mm plug on my radio, and what step prevents poor contact?

Align the single-pin 3.5 mm plug with the radio's earphone jack and push straight in until it clicks; the electroplated anti-oxidation contacts resist corrosion, so keep the jack clean and dry during insertion to maintain a solid connection.

What part of the C-shape earpiece will need replacement first?

The PU cord and ear-hook see the most flexing; over time the cable insulation or hook hinge can fatigue, so inspect them periodically and replace the earpiece if sound becomes intermittent or the fit loosens.

What limit appears first during a full shift of continuous receive use?

The short cord length restricts movement before any electronic limit; it is designed to stay inside your shirt, so the tether range is the practical constraint during extended wear.
