5-Pack 6-Inch Flat Plug Extensions

This five-pack of 6-inch cords adds a short reach to household appliances using a 45-degree NEMA 5-15P to NEMA 5-15R connector. Each cord uses 16AWG/3C SJT wire rated for 125V at 13A and 1625W. The low-profile flat head lets furniture sit flush against the wall without bending the plug.

Suits tight spaces behind furniture.

The flat plug design works well for outlets hidden behind sofas, desks or cabinets where a standard plug would be crushed. Buyers who need more than six inches of reach or a higher amperage rating should look at other options.

16AWG gauge and 13A rating decide fit

The 16AWG construction and 13-amp capacity determine which appliances can be powered safely. Verify that your device draws no more than 13 amps at 125 volts before using these cords.

How can I confirm each 6-inch cord is delivering the rated 125V at 13A after I plug them in?
